Letter and photographs [manuscript] 1894 April 5.

In the letter to Ethel H. Storrs Crawford answers questions regarding the nature and mission of a novel, claims Zoroaster his favorite of all his work and notes that the time necessary to write a book varies. With the letter are two photographs of Crawford, a head and shoulders portrait, and one of him in a study.
